The following shipping prices, promotions, and information are applicable to items purchased on the website only.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep our prices and information as current as possible, however due to possible unforeseen changes and/or volatile markets, there may be a price or informational change on an item before we update it in our listings. Should there be a price change on an item you have ordered, we will call you to advise you of the change prior to shipping.

Online Availability

The online availability lets you know if we currently have the item available in our warehouse for immediate delivery. If the item is 'Out of Stock' or on 'Backorder' you can send an email to sales[at]sourceitstore.com to inquire about when the item will be available again.

List of product availability terms

  • In Stock: Usually ships next busines day. We will ship the product once we are sure that stock is available.
  • Out of Stock: The item is currently out of stock in our warehouse, however it may be available from the manufacturer. You can send an email to sales[at]sourceitstore.com to special order this item or inquire about when it will be available for ordering online.
  • Backorder: The item is currently out of stock in our warehouse, and we are waiting for availability dates from the manufacturer.

**Please Note** Availability displayed on our product pages may change while you complete the checkout process, as it is during this time that our system obtains updated inventory levels for the product(s) you have selected. Availability displayed on our web site is only an estimate, and is subject to change.

Source IT sells new products, as well as refurbished products in original packaging. Unless otherwise stated, all products on this website are in 'like-new' condition.

Shipping cost estimates

Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. The finalized charges will appear in steps 3 and 5 of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address.

Delivery time

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.

We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays.

Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.

Delivery areas

For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in the world. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees, which will be payable to the carrier upon receipt of the shipment. For more information, contact the Customs Department within your country.

Methods of delivery

We currently utilize FedEx for the delivery of the majority of our orders. Your shipping calculation will be based on shipping rates calculated by FedEx in real-time. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they need a signature to finalize the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address. If you would prefer to use a different carrier, send an email to sales[at]sourceitstore.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

NOTE: If you choose to you have your item(s) shipped via Regular Post, no tracking number will be provided, and refunds will not be honoured for product(s) claimed to have not been received.

Tracking your order

You can access your account information and order history by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of our Home page, and logging into the system using your account information. To view order history and track your shipment, click the 'My Orders' link at the left.

You can trace your package with FedEx:

  • a) by visiting FedEx's web site at www.fedex.ca,
  • b) by sending an email to track@fedex.com with the tracking number in the body of the email,
  • c) or by calling 1-800-GoFedEx (1800-463-3339).
